Introduction
Tamkinly ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit tamkinly.com or use our products and services. We collect the minimum data needed to run the service, we never sell it, and your private reflections stay private.
Information We Collect
Personal Information
- Name and email address (when you create an account or make a purchase)
- Payment details are handled entirely by our payment provider (Tribute, inside Telegram) — your card data never reaches our servers
- Access codes and purchase history
Usage Data
- Pages visited and features used within our products
- Device type, browser type, and operating system
- Referring website and visit timestamps
Progress Data
- Your responses and progress in our interactive worksheets
- Saved data in planners and journals
- Quiz results and assessments
How We Use Your Information
- 1Provide Services: Deliver products you purchased and maintain your account
- 2Save Progress: Store your work and sync across devices
- 3Communicate: Send purchase confirmations and support responses
- 4Improve: Analyze usage to enhance our products
Your Journal & Worksheets Stay Private
Your reflections, journal entries, worksheet answers, and quiz results are sensitive. We treat them accordingly:
- They are visible only inside your own signed-in session — no other user can ever see them
- The site team only sees aggregate, anonymous statistics (such as totals) — never your actual writing
- They are never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared
Data Security
We apply concrete, audited security measures, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Passwords hashed with bcrypt — never stored or readable as plain text
- Payment notifications verified with cryptographic HMAC signatures and strict rate limiting
- Personal data is session-scoped: each account can only ever read its own data
- Administrative access is limited, session-protected, and audited
- Email addresses of referred users are always masked in notifications
Third-Party Services We Rely On
We keep this list short and purposeful. Each provider only receives what is strictly needed:
- Brevo (email delivery): sends purchase confirmations, access codes, and optional reminders. Your email address is used for these messages only, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Tribute (payments): processes purchases inside Telegram. Card and payment data never touch our servers — we receive only a payment confirmation and, when needed for delivery, the Telegram identity you purchased with.
- AI coach (Groq): when you chat with the AI coach, your message is sent to an AI processing provider to generate the reply. Avoid including personal details you are not comfortable sharing.
- Cloudflare (security & CDN): protects the site from attacks and speeds up content delivery; it sees standard technical request data.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Contentsquare): load only after you accept cookies, and are used to understand overall usage — never to identify you personally.
Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed:
- Account and progress data: kept while your account is active; deleted on your request
- Order records: kept as required for accounting and legal obligations
- Marketing emails: your address is removed from our list immediately when you unsubscribe

Deletion

Portability
